SLOE DJIN

A non-alcoholic wild sloe liqueur crafted in the style of the famous English digestif of the same name (sloe gin), renowned for its soothing properties that combat sore throats and tonsillitis! Sloes harvested from the woods at peak ripeness after the frosts are infused for several months, first in a base of Djin Immunity and then in Djin Passion, to extract all their flavors and beneficial properties. From this slow maceration and regular stirring emerges an exceptional non-alcoholic liqueur, both indulgent and complex, combining the fruity notes of cherries with the tang of orange and the freshness of bitter almond. Produced in a very limited edition, this special vintage is the perfect digestif for the end of the year (or after a meal!) and can be enjoyed neat or in a alcohol-free sloe negroni or sloe gin fizz for cocktail enthusiasts
